The Work
- 2018 project, 12 months.
- Rehab floors 1 and 2 per architect plans. Duplex first floor to basement and finish basement.
- Replaced radiator heating system with forced air. New plumbing, electrical, kitchens, bathrooms.
- Demo enclosed back porch, installed new open porch.
