Our Story

We started in real estate in 2004 acquiring small multi-family rental properties.  In 2005 we tried to find property management companies to manage parts our portfolio. After hiring and firing four different property management companies it became clear that competent, effective, and efficient property management was hard to come by.  Therefore, we decided manage directly ourselves and established systems and processes to better manage our own properties.  Then, the real estate crash of 2007 led us to divest most of our under-performing properties.

Having management infrastructure in place, it made sense for us to offer these same services to other property owners and so we established our property management business in 2010.  Our perspective as a direct owner and investor in real estate allowed us to better understand the concerns of fellow property owners.  We now serve many property owners that vary from local, out-of-state, and international.

Recognizing that the market recovery following the largest real estate market crash in U.S. history also represented ideal conditions in which to invest, we were intent on re-building the investment side of our business.  in 2014, we started working with investment partners to acquire rental properties again.  In 2015 we began focusing on buying vacant, distressed properties – primarily foreclosed properties held by banks. After performing major renovations to bring the properties back to their full potential, we either hold these properties for rental, transfer/sell to our investment partner, or sell on the open market.  With continued success over the past few years, we are continuing with our value-add approach while expanding into larger multi-family investment properties.
